This is a take off on the World's Smallest Politcal Quiz which has long been
a staple of the Libertarian Party.  The original is at:

The takeoff that Gehan mentioned appears to be produced by a UK newspaper and
they have inverted the map and added what I think are a lot of questions that
don't truely indicate a person's political position.
