I just installed/updated to redhat 6.0 on my system, downloaded the
latest freevt3k & xhpterm programs from ftp.telamon.com, and now
"something wierd" happens... :)
freevt3k works generally OK, but doesn't support HP cursor positioning
sequences [mebbe I need to do some tweaking on my end...] The REALLY
wierd thing happens with xhpterm, however -- when I go to type in my
logon, when I get to the letter "M" in my name it DOESN'T type an M,
instead it toggles the function-key labels on and off... [sorta like
alt-M in reflection...]
I just ran through the alphabet, both upper & lower case, and the ONLY
letter that doesn't work is M.
The window manager I'm using is the default "enlightenment" window
manager running under the auspices of GNOME. Obviously, the letter "M"
works "just fine" in other applications...
Any insights?
