Such would be way, WAY out of my league.
I cannot give such advice.

While "The Motley Fool" said some not-terribly-kind things about HP
management recently, I certainly do not count HP as "beleagured."
(Incidentally, that "other" company is trading a couple points under
its 52-week *high* of around 38 [i.e., now around 36].)

Were HP performing better, perhaps they would consider taking over IBM's
sponsorship of the Olympics.  (IBM has announced they will drop their
40-year tradition after the Sydney games in 2000.)

Sponsoring the World Cup this year no doubt gave them a taste of what
that would be like.  It sure would be nice if HP considered it.
