I think this is on topic. Information Week's daily email had the following:

What are the biggest technology issues that your organization faces in
executing its database-management strategy? The top five answers from
InformationWeek Research's Analyzing the Vendors 2000-Relational
Database Survey of 303 IT professionals are:

58% Ease of administration
58% Available/qualified administrators
57% Compatibility with other key enterprise software
51% Available/qualified programmers
40% Platform independence

Note: Multiple responses allowed.

So, if someone who could affect your professional life brought this blurb to
you, and asked you how Image stacked up on these five issues (and was not
the reasonable sort who could be persuaded that "platform independence" for
instance was irrelevant to their needs), how would you respond?

I'm also curious what your experience is with your company supporting
training a willing, available, and otherwise qualified admin or programmer
on Image, etc., or if such training has in fact worked for you.
