I meant the word more in the sense of not having any allowed
disagreement as opposed to the more commonly used definition of
"pertaining to corporations".  It made sense to me at the time, but
then, I get that a lot.  :-)

'Not having any allowed disagreement' is a consequence of Federalization.

I suppose a person can still 'disagree' but the federal rules are still
in place and enforce what Chuch refers to.
