And the "face of HP" has changed, too.  It used to be that when I placed a
service call, I'd get see a real HP employee.  Now, service is provided by
someone who works for some three-letter named company and contracts with HP
to do maintenance on the 3000's in the area.  When I ask, no one seems to
know what happened to the HP CE's (Jerre, Duaine, & Jimmy).

Don't misunderstand me--the service has been OK so far.  The difference is
that the HP guys built a relationship with us where the contractor guys are
in and out as fast as possible.
