:copy file1, file2

works even for message files (yes, I just tested it)

But...COPY won't do *any* file.  It can't copy PRIV files, for example.

<plug> REP, from Lund Performance Solutions (www.lund.com),
handles a lot of files (databases, MSG, flat)

MPEX, from VESoft, also handles a lot of files (ditto),
but not files with PRIV_LEVEL 0 or 1 (although those are extremely rare).
