Thanks, Lars, and everyone else.

My question was poorly written, but it turns out the reason for the
RR-recommended NOKEEP vs NMCONFIG,etc, were because these items were not
included on an SLT at some former point in MPE's life, per Terry Tipton of
ROC Software.

The RR terminology is roughly equivalent; RR's RELOAD command is virtually
equivalent to :RESTORE *fromdev;/;KEEP;OLDDATE;DIRECTORY ALL
