According to Cindy Poisal:

Cindy,
The "Attempting priviledge open" is not the error part of the message. The
error should come at the end of this or on the next line. Is there a number
refered to by this message?

Here are some things to look at and let us know more details about what is
going on:

Can quiz access the same file? This will test the dictionary definition of the
file and your security access to the file.

Have you recompiled the QTP program after the dictionary change?

Have you installed a new version (or a RBF tape) of Powerhouse since the QTP
program was compiled?

If there doesn't clear up the problem, let us know more of the details and we
will try to help.

Also, you may want to use the Powerhouse internet maillist, if this is a
powerhouse problem and not an MPE problem. Subscribe to the powerhouse list
