Several people noted and complained of receiving duplicate mailings or
being notified by Listserv that they were posting a duplicate item.
This was my fault for tweaking our firewall on a Friday and not waiting
long enough for problems to show up.  My apologies.

The problem has now been corrected (at least I *hope* so) although some
lingering mail queue may cause a few additional errors or duplicates
after this notification.

For those keeping notes, July 17th was the anniversary of the invention
of air conditioning so we could keep our cool, and now July 19th is the
day that I lost mine :-)
