Gary Jackson rightly asks,

> So the question that I have is, why not a 7.0 patch digest?

Here's the answer I got from Mel Robertson when I told him the 6.5 patch
digest was out there (he gave me permission to quote him):

> That's great that we finally got the 6.5 Release digest available at
> the ITRC. I am also glad that it makes you happy and hopefully give
> you confidence that we at HP and CSY (Commercial Systems Division)
> really care about our customers and what their needs are.

> There is more to be done. As you can see, the 5.0 Release is still
> there and our latest Release (7.0) is not there. I was able to get
