Very interesting!

In my previous tests, I had used a spoolfile (type VACS) but both
finfo modes 28 and 49 returned identical values.  In retesting with
non-spool files (types VA and VAC), they returned different values
(which is good).

(Gee, maybe my spoolfile was full. :/  I must be ready for the weekend.)
