Regarding SA1050's and AUTORESTART.

The SR # your looking for Stan is SR # 5003-170712, submitted 93/12/21.
The status of SR 5003-170712 is "Being Considered" as an enhancement
request. Yes, the C source code to implement the change is in the SR.
