I think you get that backwards.   I'm looking at all the headers on
the newsgroup for the last few weeks and the majority of them are on
topic!   And the majority of them I never read.   That is just the way
of a common list server or newsgroup.

No, I'm not.

I thought the most important part of the filter's idea was the
standard pre-fixes?
Was a list published?   If so, this would be a good time to publish
them again.   Would you please?
