I don't remember doing that, that's why I thought it was a push release.
Perhaps I called the RC and told them I was going to upgrade and they
sent the "latest" which just happened to be 5.5.  Although I still have
the 5.0 release laying about somewhere (we went directly from 4.0 to 5.5,
we had to because support for 4.0 ended 1/31/97 - we upgraded 1/26/97).
Actually the truth is that I am guessing about 5.5 being a push release
(as I can't recall what happened for sure and the installation manual
doesn't say).
