Reflection loosing its connection to the 3000s

The HP3000s have 10Mbps cards, some of the PCs have 10Mbps and some
others 10/100 Mbps cards. The switches have autosensing ports. When the
Reflections lose their connections the following is the Error message
 
    NS/3000 NetIPC Error IN VT Job:#S5920; PIN: 118; INFO: 1 Error: 42
 
Any idea what this is?

Just got rid of all our 10Mbps Hubs and put in 5 Cisco Catayst Switches.
Ever since the switches went in have  problems with Reflections Terminal
Emulatiors and users loosing their connections to the HP3000s from their
PCs
Any idea what could be causing the problems?
