We have a program written in VB.NET to print bar code price tickets on laserjet printer. It uses HP Color laserjet 3700 printer. The paper size is odd (12 x 7) and we have to feed the paper from the front (instead of the tray).
However, it prints only 2 pages, than it stops with a 'paperjam message'. User presses 'GO' and it prints another 2 pages, and stop and so on....

When we try the same program with the same paper on HP Laserjet 4000 we have no problem...

Does anyone have any idea if this might be a printer problem? (It is a brand new printer and we purchased it for this project).

Any comments will be appreciated!
