Go to HP's website, click on "Products and Services."  When that comes up,
click on "How to Buy" at the top right.  Now, look for "Business" and then
select "hp-ux and mpe/ix servers, workstations."  Next, click on
"Enterprise Servers."  Almost, there.  Finally you have two "->configure &
price online" buttons.  The top one is hp-ux, the bottom one is MPE.  Once
there, you should be able to find your way.

I am sure there are other ways to get there, but that's the one that
"works" for me.  Leave a trail of breadcrumbs to find your way back.
