I don't think that lsof is available in the MPE/iX Shell. However, I also
don't think that /dev/something is used in a similar way to Unix systems;
not even LISTFILE /3000devs/DEVICES/@,2 would help.

Maybe something in the line of...

 :showdev > myfile
 :/bin/grep UNAVAIL < myfile
