Job Streams Die

Sometimes our job streams will just stop.  See sample spoolfile below.  We
don't have any file space restrictions set at any level.  The sample shows
the job stopping in the middle of an FQ process.  Sometimes, the job stops
in the middle of a series of comments.  Can anyone help?
