Let me try:
The flashy, new, do everything new and don't worry over old code system: NT
(PA-RISC workstations only? with drivers for only new peripherals)
The general purpose, do anything, good reliability, system: HPUX
(all PA-Risc systems and almost any peripheral known to man)
The diamond strong transaction processing system: Beyond MPE
(selected models of PA-RISC only, with selected peripherals tested and
certified - maybe even with performance-level support agreements)
