While creating a KSAM file, I received a FILE STATUS of '9d' upon CLOSE.  The programmers manual refers me to the MPE XL error message catalog or the MPE XL Error Message Manual.  Unfortunately, I'm not sure which section of the error message manual applies to this type of error.

Any hints greatly appreciated.
