Hi,

I've been reading the posts for the last few weeks regarding some potential
plans to stay on the 3000 beyond the ending support date. The issue of hardware
support and third-party software has been discussed. I haven't heard any
discussion about support staff. Aren't most companies too conservative to buy
into a plan like stated above? What happens when the person with the 3000
expertise leaves the company? The company can't call HP and other alternatives
seem too unstable. How are these issues being addressed?
