IBM's Tivoli Systems to buy Unison Software

ARMONK, N.Y. (Reuters) - International Business Machines Corp.'s Tivoli
Systems subsidiary will buy Santa Clara, Calif.-based Unison Software for
about $170 million, the companies said Monday.
