                I'm hoping someone, ca help????   We're using ftp.arpa.sys
to send files from an HP3000 969 to
                various ftp sites (mostly NT clients).  I'm using MPE/iX
6.5.  I'm finding the transfer rate very slow (10 kb/sec) and am wondering
if there is something I can do to speed it up.  If I use, for example,
Reflections FTP client I get about 75 times that rate.
