I just got a postcard from Sun, encouraging me to migrate from HP-UX to Solaris. It included this claim:

"Sun also offers a unique operating system feature: once you've migrated to Solaris Operating Environment, your applications will work on future versions of Solaris without any application changes."

Unique? Guess they've never heard of MPE... ;>
