The difference here, of course, is CONTEXT. The MPE slogan applies to other
mainframe-type OS's, and is invoked by systems managers. Substituting
"Windows" for "MPE" (shudder!), it is invoked by the end users, and takes
the general form, "Drat! Windows kicked my butt again!".
