Hi Lance,
My 4 cents worth (hey!, inflation hits everything :) )

Being a small shop (957 and a Novell Netware 3.12 net with only one
server currently) I can say that having a separate box for your network
servers is better...

If my network server goes down the HP is still up ('course when we
finish cutting over to NS services rather than serial connections this
will be a moot point heheheheh)

Also, less performance hits on the performance of the HP :) (see
message from ???? about having a separate box... had good info in it :) )
