Sure you can, but ...
If you want to use the primary console port, you would need a serial port on your PC - along with an appropriate terminal emulator such as Reflection or minisoft. (I'm not sure whether or not wirt atmar's terminal emulator supports a serial connection.)
Or, you could connect to hp3k via the built-in secure web console port and TELNET.
