Michael,

I went throught this rather recently and it still holds. Seems that until
the subsys is installed, the power patch doesn't know it's there (no marker
files or such).

According to HP, you can use the "Add-on With Tape and Manage Patches"
checklist to apply the "Express 3 Product/Subsys" tape and the "PowerPatch
7"
tape at the same time.

I've always told our customers that it is better to do it as two seperate
steps (because I had a number of problems in the past when I did both steps
at the same time), but I haven't heard of any problems recently.

Has anyone else applied both the Product/Subsys tape and the PowerPatch tape
at the same time, and if so, did you have any problems?
