Subject: [HP3000-L] Quiz Day

All,

I hope the subject didn't induce a memory of school day panic.

I was actually referring to PowerHouse Quiz v8.19.C4.

I would (almost) swear that I used to determine the day-of-the-week within Quiz

to make adjustments to dates. Example: If today is Monday, gather records from last Friday.

I'm sure that I could probably pass the HPDAY variable into Quiz via a jobstream, but I was trying to avoid that if I could and do it strictly within Quiz. I can report SYSDATE, SYSTIME, SYSDATETIME, but not something like SYSDAY.

Has anyone tackled that before?

Is there maybe a PowerHouse system variable that can be set for Quiz to access?

Other?

Thanks for any thoughts and suggestions, John Sommer
