Yes, B5427AA is the software/license for the first card in your system,
and A5488A is the actual card number.
No, you can't just buy the license/software separate, you must buy at
least 1 card.  However, if you already have 1 card, you can add more...
However, CSY only supports 1 card per bus.  Could be a bandwidth hog if
your not careful...
