The ;REUSE option is hardly "secret" even if it never has been documented.
In NMKSAM the ;REUSE option is fully documented, and in CM KSAM it has
existed for as long as I can remember. It is used by a number of subsystems
and many user applications, and I've never heard of any problems with it, so
I consider ;REUSE to be a fully acceptable CM KSAM feature to be using
(assuming there's some good reason you're still using CM KSAM instead of NM
KSAM in the first place). It's also clearly "supported" to some degree,
since so many things use it.

So just take the ;REUSE text from :HELP BUILD,PARMS and apply it to
KSAMUTIL.
