Hmmm. Not speaking for HP here, but when creating the "Web Starter Kit 2"
that contains a mix of supported and unsupported software related to Java,
Apache, and MPE/iX... I somehow got an OK to also put the JDBC files on it,
so the JDBC examples (applet, servlet, program) work properly...

All of this, of course, without official HP support. However, after doing
a few initial steps with the 6.0 Express-1 version, you might feel inclined
to ask HP for a copy of the latest JDBC server and driver version, which is
1.1.4 as far as I recall. See patch JDBLXB6 for details.
