Microsoft apparently considers the omission of QBASIC from Win2K a bug:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q258265
implying that you just need to find a copy somewhere (they suggest from an
NT 4 CD or installation) and you can then legally run it under Win2K.
Apparently the Win2K HELP subsystem refers to 'qbasic' as being a valid
Win2k command.
You used to be able to download QBASIC from Microsoft, but the links given
at www.qbasic.com don't seem to work any more (though this looks like a
useful site for educational QBASIC users).
