I'm getting TIFF files in e-mail that I've generated from
STR software's FAX/3000 product.

It displays properly in Windoze Image Preview by Kodak.

The problem I have is, some users can print them normally,
other users end up printing a sheet of pure toner.

At first I thought it was a difference between Windoze 98
and 2000 until STR support said they could print them
O.K. from Windoze 98.

Is Windoze Image Preview at fault or my printer driver?

Does anyone have a clue?

I believe the problem is with the printer you use. We've started demoing
the product at Guess?, and STR made up an email attachment that had an
invoice of ours. It printed fine on my laserjet 4si connected via Windows
95 at work. When I sent the e-mail to my home, it previewed fine in the
Kodak viewer and then it did exactly as you said when printed from my HP
Pavilion on Windows 98 printing to an Officejet 600. Try other printers.
