Your sadness and your opinion betray your sympathies. Outrage would be a
more appropriate reaction. He was prosecuted in the sense that he was
impeached. In whatever measure Congress go into his sex-life, it was because
they were manipulated into doing so by one slick operator. But most of our
perceptions were mediated thru the fourth estate, who were all too happy to
provide lurid detail, instead of thoughtful coverage. Bill made it our
business when he lied about it under oath.
This started of being about immigration, legal and illegal. At least Bill
gave us a more educated class of slave labor with the H1B visas. What a guy.
