I recently recieved a message from Ryan Lander asking for help
with his HP 9920.  I wrote a long reply and answered as many of his
questions as I could.  I sent the reply but it was returned with an
error message that said that it didn't go through since his server was
mis-confingured.  A few days later I got another message from Ryan
blasting me for not helping him and accusing me of sending him a
"phony returned mail message" instead of answering his queastions.  I
never send him ANY returned mail mesasage.  If I didn't want to help
him I would have simply not replied, I certainly wouldn't waste my
time making up a phony message.  This guy is a real cretin.  Don't
bother trying to help him.  I have copies of all of the messages. If
anyone wants to see them, E-mail me.
