We at Quest try to maintain close contact with our customers.
Unfortunately, with our large customer base, it is possible for us to lose
contact with a customer on occasion. We have attempted to contact each
customer individually to make them aware that the Y2K compliant versions of
our NetBase and NBSpool products (version 9.8) are currently available.
These versions require that you are on MPE version 5.5 PP4 or above. If
anyone has a NetBase or NBSpool version prior to 9.8, and needs the Y2K
version, please visit our website at www.quests.com <http://www.quests.com>
and go into the customer support area from the menu on the left side of the
home page. There is an online form that you can fill out by clicking on
"important Y2K information for our MPE customers". If you have any further
questions or problems, please contact us at 800-306-9329 and ask for MPE
Sales.
