Umm, well, it happened to me.... and when I went looking for why, I found
it,
just exactly like the guy said. I don't think my setup is particularly
unusual
in any way.
But how similar is the machine you tried it on? Win XP, in one of its
flavours? If not, and not Win2000 either, you probably won't see this.
And even if your box was WinXP, I think you may be unwise to extrapolate
from
it to the entire PC universe.....
