I was informed that the black hole does exists and HP is working on it.
It is caused by "some" programs that call "flabelinfo" or issueing an
altsec command while file is being accessed or by con-current backup,etc..

I have changed my mind about the blocking factor ( it was too easy to be
true).

My temp. solution is to make the file temp and save it after completion(so
no one
can get to it).

BUT, I changed my mind again,because I can't just change every JCL and its
to risky.

So, lets wait for the patch, in the meanwhile I know how to recover from an
abort.
