Let's see, 4 people supporting @200 in a primarily hp3000 environment, with
purchased (?) applications.
It's difficult to just say, "Yeah, this is right." or "No, you need more/less."
without knowing the complete setup and experience of the staff. However, this
does sound "normal" for what I've done and seen.
The real question is "Is everyone in MIS working 50+ hours, or <40?" If all
4 are working 50+, this you are probably 1 person short. If all are working
<40, then you are probably 1 person too many.
