Thanks to all that gave ideas and suggestions on how to track the maximum number of users logged into a single account over time.
There were several creative ideas.  It turns out that over a 36 hour period, the average number of users in that acount (during regular working hours),  has varied by all of 2.  Gee, this is really worth spending alot more time on  NOT!

I would have lost money on a bet that the count would be that stable and consistant.
