Hello All @ 3000-l,

RE: SendMail/iX problem

We are seeing multiple sites who run sendmail and are seeing the error:

  no pipes available: Not enough
  memory space Internal error: j_close: no processes

... the solution seen at multiple sites is to install the current GR Streams patch for MPE/iX 6.5 & 7.x:

7.5: STRGDX6
7.0: STRGDW2
6.5: STRGDL3

Note:  This error can also be seen in the posix shell or other subsystems utilizing the hp-pipe "|".  Again the recommended solution is to reboot the system to clear the current problem and then install the General Release patch to avoid future cases.
