If you use the HP First Fax Back system (800) 333-1917, you can get the
product numbers for any computer parts and manuals. Use ID 19994 for
peripherals, 19995 for personal computers, 19996 for multi-user computers, and
19997 for mass storage. You can then call HP or use their web site to order
manuals and parts.
