We are heavy users of resource sharing on the HP3000 (MPE/xi 4.0), and
LanMan 2.2b on a server. I have received a patch from HP to change the
proprietary nature of the transport used by the PC to take advantage of
virtual drives and printers. In theory I could just use the Microsoft
TCP/IP stack. Has anyone applied this patch? Any advice pro or con would
be appreciated.
