I hate to be cynical, but I wonder why anyone would bother...
HP listens, but still does it 'their way' and only gives lip
service in this arena.
If I had a $1 for each time HP promised improvements in their
on-line support system(s) and never followed through (or made
it worse) I would be rich and could retire :-)
