I actually supported on HP AIMS out of Pinewood. AIMS was not an HP product
but was the Plexus XDP solution rebadged with a few extra. About 2 1/2 years
ago the division in Pinewood was undergoing a reorganisation and they
made a decision to concentrate on e-mail (OpenDesk and OpenMail). I think
its fair to say that HP never had a full commitment to HP AIMS

As Craig states the situation with FileNet is different, they are marketing,
selling and supporting their own product (with HP's assistance). They are the
market leader in Document Imaging and have very sucessfully moved their
products into the Open Systems arena.
