HP announce
I feel like I'm caught in a Catch 22.
HP announces they are discontinuing support for the HP3000.
I setup a 3rd party support agreement one year prior to the end of HP
3000 support so I can have a HP T & M safety net for a year just incase
anything goes wrong.
Now that I'm locked into a support contract, HP announces they are going
to continue support till 2008. Which is not bad, but they also say they
are discontinuing Predictive support at the end of this year.
I get a memo saying to see a document on ITRC, but that document just
says to call HP support than they will walk you through the process and
give you a new codeword.
I then contact HP and they say they will only do this if we have a
hardware support with HP...
What are you guys doing about this?
