A corollary to "those that comprise the state will find ways to abuse their
power" is "Those that must suffer the state will find ways to avoid it's
power". Example: the former Soviet Union's thriving black market trade in
practically everything and our own country's problem of drug traffickers.
They're like roaches, they just never get entirely killed off.

Mr. Barker -

Your words on Communism are typical Soviet propaganda. The story is,
everywhere Communism has failed has been because it has not been practiced
according to the doctine of Karl Marx. That is, it has been imperfect in
it's application.

It is inevitable that Communism will be practiced imperfectly, because the
more power that evolves to the State, the more the people who comprise the
State will find ways to abuse that power. And this is not limited to
Communism, EVERY system of government is like that, the more power the
government has, the more it will abuse. Many systems of government have
been set up to find ways to limit these abuses, and some have been more
effective than others.

Wirt -

Your flowery quotations are just a long way of saying international
diplomacy is amoral by it's very nature. Big surprise there.
